Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Live-Stats (“the Service”, “we”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and subscribers.

2. Description of Service

Live-Stats is an AI-powered football analysis platform. We provide:

• AI-generated pre-match and live match analyses using publicly available football data
• Match predictions including expected scores, corners, cards, and both-teams-to-score outcomes
• Live fixture listings, league standings, and team statistics
• Subscription-based access to analysis credits on a monthly basis

3. Account Registration & Eligibility

To access certain features, you must create an account. By registering you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You will provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You will notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid subscriptions are processed through LemonSqueezy, our merchant of record. By subscribing you agree to the following:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period
• Monthly credits are allocated at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing with at least 14 days' notice to active subscribers
• Refunds are handled at our discretion and in accordance with applicable consumer law

All payments are in USD. LemonSqueezy handles tax collection where applicable under their merchant-of-record model.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Scrape, crawl, or extract data using automated tools without express written permission
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense AI analyses or predictions to third parties
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access the Service's source code or AI models
• Transmit spam, malware, or any code intended to disrupt the Service
• Circumvent subscription or credit limitations through technical or fraudulent means
• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation

6. AI Predictions Disclaimer

All analyses and predictions generated by Live-Stats are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute:

• Financial or investment advice
• Sports betting or gambling advice
• Professional or expert opinion of any kind

AI predictions are probabilistic in nature. Live-Stats makes no guarantee of accuracy or outcome. You assume all risk when acting on information provided by the Service. We strongly discourage using predictions to inform gambling decisions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, software, and branding on Live-Stats is owned by or licensed to Live-Stats and protected by copyright and intellectual property law. Football match data, team logos, and league emblems are sourced from third-party providers under licence and remain the property of their respective owners.

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

8. Privacy & Data

We collect and process personal data (email address, subscription tier, usage history) solely to provide and improve the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties. Authentication is handled by Supabase, and payments are processed by LemonSqueezy — each operating under their own privacy policies. By using Live-Stats you consent to this data processing.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Live-Stats and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or revenue arising from use of predictions
• Gambling or betting losses of any kind
• Loss of data or service interruption
• Damages arising from reliance on AI-generated content

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Live-Stats in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the jurisdiction where Live-Stats is operated. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
